Mediterranean Mimosa

(NC) - Valentine's Day is not just for lovers, it is a
chance for friends to get more acquainted and just like other matchmakers we know and love, it
may also be the perfect time to encourage a budding romance, or two. So if you have plans to
throw a cocktail party, here are a few tried-and-true recipes from a very good source.
Ingredients:
- 4-6oz. (100-150 mL.) orange juice
- 1/2 oz. (14 mL) Triple Sec
- 4-6oz. (100-150 mL) of chilled, Cordon Negro Brut, or semi- dry, Carta Nevada
Brut
Directions:
In a wine glass, pour in orange juice, top with sparkling wine,
and stir gently. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.
