(NC) - Summer is the perfect time for tall, cool and refreshing drinks like milkshakes or yogurt smoothies with fresh fruit. They are so easy to make in your blender. Try this great yogurt smoothie recipe to cool down on a warm sunny day. It also makes a nutritious snack.
Banana Berry Smoothie
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana, broken into pieces
- 8 oz vanilla or strawberry yogurt
Place all ingredients in blender jar and cover. Pulse on Icebreaker setting for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
