A Different Macchiato Coffee

Try this version for a truly different coffee experience. Coffee, steamed half-n-half, and of course, Monin Caramel Syrup. But, it's not what you think.


  • A double shot of Comstock Coffee's Espresso Montagna
  • 1/2 oz. Monin Caramel syrup
  • 3/4 to 1 oz. of steamed half-n-half


Pour syrup into bottom of the cup. If possible, only because this is absolutely the best way, pull shots of espresso directly into the cup. Slowly pour half-n-half into the side of the cup or pour over a spoon. This insures the integrity of the crema. Stir slightly and mark with half-n-half foam.
