From colourful champagne cocktails in the trendiest of hues, to new takes on perennial entertaining favourites, there are many ways for hosts and guests alike to liven up the party season. Colour Your Holiday Forget the traditional red and gold. Sarah Shuken, a Toronto-based entertaining expert, says fuschia, chartreuse, orange and white are the hot colours for this entertaining season. And, in partnership with Corby Distilleries Ltd., she provides some ideas on how to incorporate these colours into holiday parties: Winter white Get your guests dreaming of a white holiday season with a creamy, luxurious twist on traditional eggnog punch - the Courvoisier Flurry. Garnish with gold flakes and top with whipped cream. Serve in a punch bowl and then poured over ice, for a perfect after-dinner treat. Ingredients:
