Watermelon Joe Joe Poon Drink

Ingredients:
- 2 shots (3 oz) watermelon juice
- 1 shot (1.5 oz) vodka
- 1 tsp (5 mL) icing sugar
- 2 shots (3 oz) lemon lime soda
Directions:
Place watermelon juice, vodka and icing sugar in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Add soda and serve. Garnish with a watermelon
triangle.
For a non-alcoholic version, omit vodka and double amounts of watermelon juice, soda and
icing sugar.
