- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices cooked, sliced turkey breast
- 4 oz. (125 g) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) bottled, chunky salsa
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) fresh coriander, chopped
Place one tortilla in an ungreased skillet over medium heat.
Place two slices of turkey breast on half of the tortilla and top with 1/4 of the grated cheese, then 1/4
of the salsa and 1 tbsp. (15 ml) of the chopped coriander.
Fold tortilla over, then flip to heat other side. Fold in half again. Turn once more to heat through and
melt the cheese.
Repeat for each tortilla.
Serve with salad.
