Cool blue smoothie

Children love blueberries - on cereal or pancakes, with
yogurt or simply by the handful. Just a
quick rinse and they're ready to go-or use convenient frozen blueberries, available year-round.
When you want to make a special blueberry treat for the kids, try this super-easy recipe.
- 1 pint fresh or 2 cups frozen, slightly thawed blueberries
- 1 cup fruit juice or juice blend such as pineapple-orange, pineapple, orange and strawberry
- 1 container (8 ounces) lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
In a container of an electric blender, combine blueberries,
juice, yogurt and sugar. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Serve immediately in tall glasses.
