Sugar Free Strawberry Pie

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (0.3-ounce)package strawberry sugar-free gelatin
  • 4 packets sugar substitute (such as Splenda or Nutri-Sweet)
  • 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 (9-inch) regular baked pie crust (pre baked & cooled)


Combine water and cornstarch in a medium saucepan; stir well.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, and let cool slightly. Add gelatin and sugar substitute, stirring well. Gently stir in strawberries, and pour into crust.

Cover and chill at least 3 hours.

Serving Size: Serves 8
