  • 4 Peaches 4
  • 1/3 cup blanched toasted almonds 75 mL
  • 1 tbsp glazed orange peel 15 mL
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar 125 mL
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry 125 mL
  • Preheat oven to 350 F


Peel, halve and pit peaches.

Chop almonds and orange peel until fine.

Blend almonds and orange peel with 1/4 cup icing sugar.

Fill peaches with above mixture and place on a baking pan.

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup dry sherry and 1/4 cup icing sugar.

Bake 10 minutes and serve warm.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
