Watermelon-Strawberry Shake

  • 1 container (8 oz/250g) lemon yogurt
  • 2 cups (500 mL) cubed, seeded watermelon
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, cleaned & hulled
  • 1 medium banana, peeled & sliced


In blender or food processor, process yogurt, watermelon, strawberries and banana until smooth and frothy.

Serve immediately.

Watermelon-Strawberry Pops:

Freeze strawberry shake in small paper cups. When mixture is partially frozen, insert popsicle sticks or plastic spoons and return to freezer until solid.
