Sour Cream Sausages

  • 1 lb. sausages
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated


Cut sausages into 1" pieces; brown in frying pan.

Add onion and green pepper; cook until tender.

Drain fat.

Add ketchup and oregano; simmer three minutes.

Add sour cream and cheese; heat until cheese is melted and mixture bubbles.

Serve hot over rice.
