15 Minute Cheesy Rice With Ham And Broccoli

  • 2 cups cooked Ham, cut into strips
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen Broccoli flowerets, thawed
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1-1/2 cups MINUTE White rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up


Bring ham, broccoli and water to a boil in large skillet; cover.

Cook on medium heat 3 minutes.

Stir in rice and Velveeta; cover.

Remove from heat; let stand 7 minutes.

Stir until Velveeta is melted.
