Quick and Easy


  • 1 can Crabmeat
  • 1 can Shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 cup hot Milk
  • 1 Green pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 can Mushroom pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Chow mien noodles


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease casserole dish.

Melt butter in a medium frying pan; whisk in flour and mix until smooth.

Add the hot milk gradually, stirring with a whisk.

Combine green pepper, mushrooms, parsley, onion and grated cheese; add to white sauce in pan.

Stir in the crab and shrimp; put in casserole dish.

Sprinkle chow mien noodles over top of casserole and bake 25 minutes.
