Quick and Easy
- 1 can Crabmeat
- 1 can Shrimp
- 3 tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup hot Milk
- 1 Green pepper, chopped finely
- 1 can Mushroom pieces
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
- Chow mien noodles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease casserole dish.
Melt butter in a medium frying pan; whisk in flour and mix until smooth.
Add the hot milk gradually, stirring with a whisk.
Combine green pepper, mushrooms, parsley, onion and grated cheese; add to white sauce in
Stir in the crab and shrimp; put in casserole dish.
Sprinkle chow mien noodles over top of casserole and bake 25 minutes.
