Savoury Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Soft bread crumbs 1L
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper pinch
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 2 mL
  • 1/3 cup Butter, melted 75 mL
  • 1/3 cup Onion, chopped 2 mL
  • 1/2 tsp Savoury 2 mL
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme 2 mL
  • 1/3 cup Celery, chopped 75 mL

Directions:

Allow 1 cup (250mL) per 2 lb (1kg) of turkey.

Combine bread crumbs and seasonings.

In a small skillet, melt butter. Add onion and celery. Saute until onion is transparent.

Toss with bread crumb mixture.

Serving Size: Yield: 4 cups
