- 4 cups Bisquick
- one pound sausage (use turkey sausage for low fat)
Mix enough buttermilk in Bisquick for a sticky dough. You can roll out into an oblong roll. Spread
raw sausage on dough, roll up into long roll.
Cut into one inch slices and put on well-oiled cookie sheet.
Bake 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes until well browned.
Can make small rolls for hors d'oeuvres.
Serve with butter or jam on top or for a complete breakfast, serve gravy over biscuits.
Store in ziplock bags in refrigerator and heat in microwave or toaster oven
Will keep one week to ten days in refrigerator
