  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • Bread (Crusts cut off)
  • Black Forest Ham
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Plain Potato Chips, crushed
  • 1/4 cup Butter


Beat eggs, milk and mustard until foamy.

Grease 9" x 13" pan.

Line pan with layers of bread, ham, then cheese; ending with layer of bread.

Pour egg mixture over bread and refrigerate overnight.

Before baking, sprinkle potato chips on top and dab with butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
