- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1 250 mL raspberry cocktail in Tetra Pak packaging
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Pour all marinade ingredients into a resealable plastic bag.
Add chicken. Seal bag. Shake. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
Remove chicken from bag. Remove liquid.
Grill chicken slowly until cooked.
Meanwhile - pour marinade liquid into a saucepan. Bring to boil and then reduce heat to

Pour reduced sauce over cooked chicken.
