Quick Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 can )10-3/4 oz.) low fat condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (15 oz.) chili beans in gravy, undrained
  • 2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 c. water, optional

Directions:

In a saucepan, brown the ground beef; drain. Add the next soup, chili beans and chili powder.

Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 2- minutes.

Add water if a thinner soup is desired.

Ready in 30 minutes
