Plum Crazy Starters

A great start for summertime parties.


  • 10 Ontario Plums, halved and pitted
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) orange juice
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) brown sugar
  • flavoured cream cheese or goat cheese


In small bowl, combine orange juice and sugar. Grill plums over medium-high heat, for 2 - 3 minutes, turning and basting frequently with glaze.

Stuff plum halves with flavoured cream cheese or goat cheese.
