  • 1 medium, ripe Dole Banana, quartered
  • 1 cup Dole Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, raspberries or blueberries


Combine banana, juice, yogurt and strawberries in blender or food processor container.

Cover; blend until thick and smooth.
