Pasta Salad with Prosciutto

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Sprig thyme
  • Sprig rosemary
  • 2 cups Tagliatelle pasta (bow-tie shaped)
  • 4 thin slices Prosciutto (or other raw ham)
  • Bunch basil
  • For dressing:
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Maille Dijon Originale mustard
  • 3 tbsp Maille White Wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper


Bring a large saucepan of salted water to boil with olive oil, thyme and rosemary.

Cook the tagliatelle over a high heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and drain well. Cut the ham into strips. Set aside.

Wash the basil and snip up the leaves with clean scissors. Set aside.

To make the dressing, peel and crush the garlic. Combine the Maille Dijon Originale mustard, garlic, Maille White Wine vinegar, and oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Put pasta in a large salad bowl, pour dressing over and toss. Then add the ham and basil. Toss again, and serve.
