Oven Denver Omelet

- 8 eggs
- 1/2 c,. half-n-half cream
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. finely chopped fully cooked ham
- 1/4 finely chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
In a bowl, beat eggs and cream until light and fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased 9-in. square baking dish.
Bake at 400-F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
