Raw Almond Milk Recipe

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 4 cups distilled water
  • 1/2 cup agave


Soak almonds overnight. Next day rinse almonds and add to blender. Add distilled water to blender. Scrape out vanilla bean and add to blender. Add agave to blender. Blend well.

Using a nut bag or cheese cloth strain blended ingredients into a bowl.

Transfer to a container and refrigerate.

Will keep for 3 to 4 days.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Quart
