Marshmallow Fruit Salad

  • 14 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve juice)
  • 10 oz. can mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 1/3 cup coconut
  • 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup sour cream


Mix all ingredients together.

If it seems a bit dry, add some of the reserved pineapple juice until moist enough.

Serving Size: Serves 6
