  • 1lb haddock
  • 1/2 lb scallops
  • 1/2 lb lobster meat
  • 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1/2 lb tomalley (lobster liver)
  • 1/2 bottle clam juice
  • 1/3 c milk
  • small pkg Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • Tobasco sauce


Mix butter, tomalley and crumbs. Cut up haddock, scallops,lobster and shrimp.

Place seafood in casserole in alternating layers with crumbs.(Reserve enough crumbs to sprinkle on top).

Add clam juice and milk. Mix few drops of Tobasco with remaining crumbs and sprinkle on top.

Bake 325 for 30 minutes.
