  • 12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime
  • 210 mL (7 oz.) club soda
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) simple syrup (or 16 mL (4 tsp.) sugar)
  • 45 mL (1 1/2oz.) Bacardi White rum
  • Mint sprigs for garnish


Place mint leaves and lime in a collins glass. Crush well.

Cover lime with simple syrup (or add sugar). Fill glass with ice.

Add Bacardi White rum and club soda. Stir well. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
