Good use for cooked turkey or chicken.


  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • l can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 small onion - finely diced
  • 3/4 cup frozen peas
  • 1 pkg Stove Top stuffing mix
  • salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In saute pan heat oil and add onions and turkey. Cook until onions are soft.

Add soup, milk and peas. Taste and add salt and pepper as required. If very thick you can add a little more milk.

Prepare stuffing according to directions on package.

Place turkey mixture in 8x8 pan and cover with stuffing mix.

Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until top is lightly browned and mixture is heated through.
