Mango Bruschetta Topping

Ingredients:

  • 6 green bean
  • 1 mango - peeled and 1/4" dice
  • 1 clove garlic - chopped
  • 1 tsp Thai chili - minced
  • 1 Tbsp sweet soya sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 T rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp mirin
  • 1/2 lime - juiced
  • 1/2 tsp sambal olek

Directions:

Steam green beans 2-3 minutes and cool in ice bath. Dry and chop in 1/4" pieces. Combine green beans, mango, red onion and garlic in bowl. Combine all other ingredients in food processor and pulse to combine. Pour over mango mixture and let flavors meld for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
