Contributed by: News Canada
(NC) - A summer favourite, the mojito, is having a rebirth as bartenders across Canada are creating new twists on this classic cocktail.
Like spicy cocktails? Why not try a Watermelon and Jalapeno Mojito? Do you love the flavour of fresh, local berries? Try muddling in raspberries to create a signature Razz Mojito.
For a uniquely Canadian twist on the mojito, try replacing sugar with maple syrup, et voilą, a Maple Mojito.
