Pork Loin Roast

  • Boned and Rolled Pork Loin Roast


  • sage
  • pepper
  • salt


Sprinkle seasonings onto roast. Place fat side up on rack in open roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer; roast uncovered in slow oven (325 F) until your oven thermometer registers 185, or till pork is well done (45 to 50 minutes per pound of meat).

Cinnamon Apple Rings In skillet, combine 1/4 cup sugar; 2 cups of water;and 1/2 cup of red cinnamon candies.

Stir over medium heat 'tll sugar and candies dissolve. Core for apples. Cut in one -half inche rings and add to syrup. Simmer gently until transparent but not soft, turning occassionally. Cool in syrup

This receipe topped with the cinnamon apple rings sounds fantastic Although it sounds like a lot of trouble. Any glazed would be nice with the Pork Roast
