- 1 pkg Knorr Green Peppercorn Sauce Mix
- 2/3 cup each cold water and milk
- 4 striploin steaks, 6 oz/170 g each, seasoned with salt and pepper
In a saucepan, whisk sauce mix with 2/3 cup each cold water and milk until blended. Whisking constantly, bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, whisking occasionally.
Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill steaks on lightly-oiled rack, turning once, for 8 to 10 minutes or until desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve steaks topped with peppercorn sauce.
