Mom's Amazing Lasagna

From WebAdmin's very own Mom. When you hate cottage cheese modern lasagna recipes send you running. Enjoy this delicious cottage cheese free option, one of the joys of my childhood.
- about 16 lasagna noodles
- 1 bottle Ragu sauce
- 1 lb. extra lean hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- Grated mozzarela cheese (for topping)
- Parsley to taste
Spray a 6" x 12" baking pan with PAM or olive oil.
Boil noodles until au dente.
Meanwhile, fry hamburger. Rinse and drain hamburger. Chop onions. Add 1/4 cup parsley to hamburger.
Spread small amount (1/3) of hamburger, sauce and onions over bottom of pan.
Place one layer of noodles (approx. five noodles) over the hamburger, sauce, onions on pan bottom.
Repeat this layering procedure until pan is filled (approximately three layers).
On top of this, place a small amount of hamburger, sauce and top with cheese.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
Increase heat in oven for a few minutes, if not browned.
