Herbed Beer Bread

  • 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 10 oz. beer
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • Pinch dillweed
  • Melted Butter


In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.

With wooden spoon stir in beer.

Turn dough into greased loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes at 375°F, or until golden brown.

Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.

Brush on melted butter.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Loaf
