  • 1 10' pie shell
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups light cream (or milk)
  • 4 oz. swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 can flaked ham
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne


Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Beat eggs, cream cheese, cream and seasonings together.

Layer grated cheese, ham and red pepper strips into pie shell. Pour egg mixture over top.

Place in oven, reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 50 minutes.

Let stand before serving

Can be made ahead, served cold or warm.
