  • 8 Medium Cooking Apples
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Cloves


Cut up and peel apples.

Add water, honey and spices.

Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.

When apples are tender remove from heat and mash using a potato masher or wait until cooled and blend in a food processor.
