- 8 Medium Cooking Apples
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cloves
Cut up and peel apples.
Add water, honey and spices.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.
When apples are tender remove from heat and mash using a potato masher or
wait until cooled and blend in a food processor.
