Ham and Egg Bundles with Dijon Mustard

  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tsp Maille Originale Dijon mustard or Maille Fine Selection mustard
  • 4 tbsp grated cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 slices white bread


Lay the slices of ham in 4 individual serving bowls.

Break an egg in each bowl. Add a teaspoon of Maille Dijon Originale or Fine Selection mustard and a tablespoon of cheese to each bowl. Fold the ham in half over the eggs, securing the edges with toothpicks.

Cook the bundles in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve immediately with slices of bread.
