A is for Apple Muesli Magic

(NC) - It's no secret trick - Apple Muesli Magic is a healthy and satisfying snack that - abracadabra! - gives kids the energy and brainfood they need in the morning.
- 1 cup (250 mL) apple juice
- 2 cups (500 mL) large-flake rolled oats
- 1 apple, peeled and grated
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) liquid honey
In a bowl, pour apple juice over rolled oats; cover and refrigerate for a least 1 hour (for up to 12 hours).
Stir in apple, yogurt and lemon juice. Spoon into individual bowls and top with banana and cranberries. Drizzle with honey.
