Mutsu or Empire apples are good this time or year, and work particularly well in this recipe
because they are both sweet and sour; they're similar to Granny Smith apples, but not as tart.
Prosciutto is a special dry, smoked ham from Parma, Italy. Rich in flavour and texture, it takes
on a wonderfully flavourful crispiness on the grill!
