Green Bean Divan Wraps

(NC) - These delicious wraps are perfect for lunch, dinner or snacks.
- 1 lb whole green beans, trimmed (about 56) 500 g
- 4 flour tortillas or flavoured wraps
- 1/4 cup salsa 50 mL
- 4 slices smoked turkey or chicken
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 50 mL
Lightly steam beans until tender-crisp; set aside.
Place 1 tbsp (15 mL) salsa on each tortilla. Wrap one turkey slice around 14 beans, allowing
beans to stick out both ends; place at one end of tortilla. Top with 1 tbsp (15 mL) cheese. Roll wrap
to enclose filling.
Repeat for remaining wraps.
Microwave each wrap on High (100%) about 20-30 seconds or until filling is hot and cheese
Serving Size: Makes 4 wraps
