  • 1lb ground round
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cans whole tomatoes
  • pasta (macaroni or shells)


Brown the hamburger, drain the grease, add the peppers and the onion chunked up to bite sizes and the cans of tomatoes and set to simmer.

Cook the pasta when the pasta is ready I layer it on top of the simmering mix and serve it. There are no set amounts so you can change it to meet your tastes.

Can be reheated in the microwave with a layer of cheese on top just to change the taste a bit.
