Gourmet Caesar Chicken Salad

  • 1 envelope Caesar Salad Dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless, Chicken breast halves, cut into strips
  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce, torn
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


Prepare salad dressing mix ad directed on envelope, except substitute lemon juice for vinegar.

Heat 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing in frying pan; add chicken. Stirfry until cooked through.

Place lettuce, chicken, croutons and cheese in large salad bowl.

Add remaining dressing; toss to coat well.
