Ice Milk Milkshake - Freeze low fat chocolate milk. Shave frozen milk into a glass then fill glass with more low fat chocolate milk. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Skinny Pina Colada - Stir 2 tablespoons coconut into 3/4 cup pineapple juice then freeze. Shave into a cone or bowl and garnish as desired.
