Hempseed Rediscovered.


  • fresh bagels
  • light cream cheese
  • fresh chives or green onion, chopped
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • HEMPOLA(tm) hempseed oil
  • fresh, ripe tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste


Cut bagels in half and toast.

Layering is important.

Spread cheese on bagel and sprinkle with chives.

Top with alfalfa sprouts, then drizzle hempseed oil onto the sprouts.

Add a tomato slice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
