Fruity Blender Buzz

Not always up to eating first thing? Shake things up with a frothy fruit beverage to get your engine running. Instead of berries, you can use sliced peeled peaches.
- 1 cup milk or soy beverage 250 mL
- 2 tbsp skim milk powder 25 mL
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen or fresh 250 mL strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
In blender, puree together milk, skim milk powder, banana and berries until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses.
