Fried French Fish

  • 1 white fish
  • 1cup white flour
  • 2 tb sugar
  • 2 tb corn starch
  • water


Mix flour, sugar and corn starch with enough water to make a paste.

Dip fish in paste.

Deep fry until done (which is brown), serve with homemade tarter sauce. (2 tb sweet relish & mayo to mix)
