An Egg-cellent Burger

What you will need:
- 1 tsp (5 mL) butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 slice processed cheese
- 1 whole wheat hamburger bun
In skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Break egg into skillet. With spatula, break yolk and mix a bit with the white. Season with salt and pepper. When egg is set, turn and cook briefly on the second side.
Place cheese slice on a warmed or toasted bun. Top with cooked egg and close bun. If desired, add cooked mushrooms, red or green peppers, sliced tomatoes or crisp bacon to zest up your burger.
