Berry & Almond Pizza

(NC) - This pizza is perfect as an after-school snack. Use your favourite berry or a mixture of several. And new flavored almond butters are available now, providing additional flavor dimensions.
- 1 (6-inch) whole-wheat pita
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 1/3 cup fresh berries
- 1 tablespoon slivered or sliced almonds, roasted
Toast pita. Spread with almond butter and sprinkle with fresh berries and almonds. Cut in half and serve.
