Grilled Buffalo Wings

Buffalo Wings are normally a deep-fried appetizer but here, we throw them on the barbecue and serve them up as a main course. Use hot buffalo wing sauce if you prefer. For even more tips and recipes, visit www.presidentschoice.ca.
Prep time: 5 minutes. - Cook time: 20 -25 minutes.
- 1 pkg chicken winglets and wing drumettes, thawed
- 2 tbsp safflower oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup New! President's Choice (PC) Buffalo Wing Sauce - Mild
- Half 2 lb-pkg PC Organics
- Baby-Cut Carrots
- 1/2 cup PC The Decadent Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Preheat barbecue to medium heat
In large bowl, toss together wings, oil and salt. Place on greased grill. Close lid. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once, or until wings are crispy, browned and cooked through.
Transfer wings to large clean bowl. Add wing sauce; toss to coat. Serve with carrots and dip.
