Mexican Burger
Dress up PC's sirloin burger, Mexican-style. The spicy marinade, a blend of chilies, cocoa and sundried tomatoes adds heat, flavour and complexity.

Prep time: 15 minutes. - Cook time: 15 minutes.


  • 4 President's Choice (PC) Thick & Juicy Sirloin Burgers
  • 1/4 cup New! PC Spicy Mexican Mole Marinade
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 2 cups PC Organics Mixed Field Greens Salad Mix
  • 1 1/3 cups drained roasted red pepper strips
  • 3/4 cup salsa
  • 1 ripe avocado, chopped


Preheat barbecue to medium heat.

Place frozen burgers on greased grill. Cook uncovered for 5 to 6 minutes per side. Remove from grill. Brush with mole marinade.

Place buns cut side down on greased grill; heat for 1 minute or until lightly toasted. Place each bun on a dinner plate. Place mixed greens on each bottom bun; top with a burger, red peppers, salsa, avocado and top bun. Serve immediately, garnished with lime wedge if desired.
