Honey Nut Yogurt In Fillo Shells

  • 1 cup (8 ounces) Greek-style yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (wal nuts, almonds or pista chios)
  • 2 packages Athens mini fillo shells, thawed (available in supermarket freezer section)
  • Optional garnish: 3 table- spoons chopped fresh mint leaves


In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, lemon rind and nuts. Spoon into fillo shells. Serve chilled or at room temperature.


Add 4 cups of chopped fresh fruit.

Serving Size: Makes 30 shells
